Ownership: You retain ownership of content (e.g., profiles, photos, event listings, comments) you submit through the Services (“User Content”).

4. Event Listings and Third-Party Hosts

Information Only: Our platform provides information about karaoke events and hosts but does not operate or manage events directly.

No Endorsement: Listings do not constitute an endorsement of any host, venue, or event.

Third-Party Responsibility: Event hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for the quality and safety of their events. Any disputes between you and a host must be resolved directly.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Attempt to access or disrupt the security of the Services.
Post spam, advertising, or malicious content.
Collect data from the Services through automated means (scraping, bots) without prior consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software related to the Services are owned by Where's Karaoke L.L.C. or its licensors.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Payments

Premium services may include paid features (e.g., premium profiles, booking tools, etc):

Fees are disclosed prior to purchase and are non-refundable unless required by law.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

The accuracy or reliability of event information.
The quality, safety, or availability of events or hosts.
The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Where's Karaoke is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

11. Privacy

Dispute Resolution: Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Virginia, except where prohibited by law.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class or collective action.

14. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
